Northowram Methodist Church is a warm and welcoming church community. Church membership covers a wide age range of people who strive to be “people of God”

The members of Northowram Methodist Church invite you to Sunday morning worship each week at 10.30am. There is a crèche for younger children.

The building is fully accessible with ramped access, disabled facilities, stair lift into church and a loop system available for hearing aid users in both the church & in the church hall during major events.

The Young At Heart Group
is for men and women aged 55 or over. It meets on a Monday morning between 9.30am. and 12.30pm. The group enjoys games, activities and fellowship.

The Afternoon Craft Club
is open to all adults and meets twice a month on a Monday between 1.15pm and 3.15pm.

Luncheon Club
Luncheon Club for the over 60s meets every Wednesday at 12.30pm. Members enjoy a two course meal in the company of others from the village. Places are limited.

Ladies' Guild
Open to ladies of any age, the Ladies' Guild meets on the first Wednesday of each month at 2pm. There are regular speakers.

Flower Club
Flower Club meets at 9.15am on a Thursday morning for demonstrations and a “hands on” session of flower arranging. The group meets for blocks of eight weeks at intervals throughout the year.

Keep Fit
Especially for older people who want to keep active. No special clothing required. Our exercises are to music and are very mixed – with some seated and some standing, but no getting on the floor!

We meet on Thursdays at 2pm. There is a small charge that includes tea and biscuits.
